Welcome to SwiftPick! These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SwiftPick website and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Platform, and you will not engage in any unauthorized activity, including but not limited to attempting to access accounts, modify content, or interfere with the operation of the Platform.
Certain features require registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to update it as necessary.
Sellers agree to provide truthful product listings and to fulfill orders in a timely manner. Buyers agree to provide accurate delivery information and to honor payment obligations. SwiftPick is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers; we simply facilitate the connection.
You may not use the Platform for any illegal purpose or to transmit harmful content. Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to) fraud, spam, harassment, infringing intellectual property rights, and uploading viruses or malicious code.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SwiftPick or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without express permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftPick and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
